Not always. Scope differs by system, so we tell you which data and actions are available for the workflow you need before setup starts.
Can Bavardio update records in our existing system?
For some workflows, yes. During setup we agree which records Bavardio writes back and which system owns each one.
Can we keep an existing system while introducing Bavardio?
Yes, if the connection supports the workflow you need. Plenty of teams start that way and decide later whether to move anything else.
Is every connection in use at customers today?
Not every one. Some connections are newer and are ready but not yet connected at a customer. Ask us which are running at providers like yours and we will give you a straight answer before you decide.
