Open role
Customer Success Manager, Service Providers
Make Bavardio part of how every operator runs their day.
Bavardio changes how an operator's support, network and field teams work. That only pays off when the teams actually use it well. You will own a group of operator accounts from onboarding through renewal. You will train their teams, run regular working sessions with their leaders, measure what is improving, and bring their feedback straight to the people building the product. When an operator renews, it should be because you showed them it was worth it.
The work
What you will own.
- A portfolio of operator accounts, from go-live through renewal and expansion.
- Training for customer service reps, NOC staff, field crews and managers, live and on demand.
- Regular working sessions with operator leadership, built around their own numbers.
- Health of every account: who is using what, where the friction is, and what to do about it.
- The voice of the customer inside Bavardio, with clear, specific requests the product team can act on.
About you
What we are looking for.
- You have owned customer relationships for a B2B software product, with responsibility for adoption and renewal.
- You can teach a busy team something new without making them feel slowed down.
- You are comfortable with numbers and can tell a clear story from usage and outcome data.
- You follow through. Customers and colleagues can count on what you say you will do.
- Happy to travel to customer sites and industry events a few times a quarter.
Useful, not required
- Experience with internet service providers, telecom, utilities or co-operatives.
- You have worked in or alongside a contact center or a NOC.
- Experience onboarding customers onto operations or customer service software.
Why Bavardio
What working here is like.
Leadership within reach
You will work directly with the leadership team. Decisions take hours and nobody convenes a committee. What you build can be in production the same week.
Customer access
You will meet the operators using Bavardio at conferences, on-site visits, and weekly product calls. They will tell you plainly what works and what does not.
Remote, with a few trips a year
Work from wherever you work best. A few times a year we get together for in-person sprints and customer visits.
Health and time off
Medical, dental, and vision. Flexible PTO, and the cultural expectation that you actually take it.
Apply
Tell us what you have built.
Skip the cover letter. Tell us the substance: the most painful version of this problem you have personally shipped, and what you learned from it. We read every application and respond within five business days. If your background does not match every bullet above, apply anyway. We hire on the strength of what you have built.
Bavardio is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on the strength of your work and the way you think. Background, identity, and where you live do not factor in.
